Project Overview
CAD21 are undertaking Concept, Developed and Detained Technical Design of the following using Modern Methods of Construction
- Two storey modular new build residential blocks, each containing 60 spaces, and associated external works.
- Modular kitchen to serve 700 persons complete with raining facilities for cooking qualifications.
- Modular dining hall
- Modular servery buildings
- Modular healthcare office building
- Modular records building.
The project response to MoJ net zero carbon aspirations whist ensuring compliance with the relevant suite of MoJ design guides.
