We design, on average, over five thousand homes a year, covering every form of living: student accommodation, Build to Rent, social housing, assisted living, residential care and luxury custom residences.
That includes deep experience in high-rise design, with direct MEP experience on over twenty Building Safety Act Higher Risk Buildings and guidance, design and consultation through the Gateway 2 process. Constructionline Gold BSA verified accreditation and CHAS Elite status both demonstrate HRB competence and compliant process.

One size does not fit all
We never apply the same MEP strategy to every type of residential space. Over time we’ve learnt what works best for different forms of living and development, and that know-how is where we begin. By understanding what success looks like for each space, we design the systems around that reality. Comfort, cost, compliance and living experience all need to be balanced differently.
