Designed for the people who use them
Specification and function usually lead the conversation on defence buildings, but we don’t forget that these spaces are also homes, community points and workspaces for military personnel. We design for privacy, dignity and safe, comfortable environments, so the people who live and work there feel at home.
Supporting the return to civilian life
Leaving the military and moving back into civilian life can be a difficult transition. CAD21 has designed staged living accommodation that provides step-by-step support for service leavers working towards safe and independent living.
