One-pass delivery

The strength of offsite is repeatability, and that’s also where the risk sits. A services layout gets built many times over, so the effort goes into the prototype and the standard details early. Get that right and the payoff is direct: fewer factory floor delays, improved one-pass delivery, and no coordination questions during install.

More design effort up front means easier, standardised installation, and measurable results for our contractor delivery partners. Simplified detailing improves factory completion percentages, which cuts time on site and shrinks the final fit scope when modules arrive.

Designed for factory and site

Offsite splits a building in two: the factory where modules and panels are made, and the site where they’re joined. The services have to work across both, with connections that go together cleanly when elements arrive. We deliver advanced coordination detail for elevational setting out, across modular and pre-cast concrete systems alike, so components turn up ready to join and the finished building performs as one. Design management and quality assurance carry that, because in offsite the only acceptable outcome is 100% correctness.
