Project Overview

CAD21 was appointed as part of a Gilling Dod Architectural led team to deliver a new build mental health facility for Mersey Care Mental Health Trust via Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership.

The scheme provided a 40 bed inpatient older adult and acute services facility across two wards with central communal services.  A community-based section including general administration and day visit facilities also formed part of the facility.
