Our team helped to develop a work plan that provides independent service from the main hospital site, provided a replacement infrastructure solution that results in full renewal across the building whilst maintaining existing systems throughout the phased work plan. Overall, we have contributed significantly in guiding the Trust through a major capital programme including recommendations on fixing a strategy for efficient and competitive procurement whilst retaining clinical development flexibility as the programme progresses.
