Ferryhill Station and St Patricks Primary Schools

Ferryhill Station and Sunderland Schools formed part of a pair of schools, starting with Ferryhill Station Primary School rebuild as the first to be designed.  St Patricks Primary School immediately followed this school in the design sequence.

Both schools benefit from a consistent deliver team, led by Tilbury Douglas through the bid, design and construction phases, inclusive of full CEM engagement.

Currently at staggered sequence of development, Ferryhill is commencing detailed design, whilst St Patricks is commencing proposal and initial CEM process.

Each of the schools are the reprovision of existing schools.  Ferryhill being located on the same site as the existing school, which presents logistical challenges and temporary works to ensure disruption to existing school activities are maintained at a minimum level.

CAD21 are at the forefront of team collaboration in achieving DfE NZCio targets for both of these schools.
