CAD21 delivered the MEP detailed design services for the full services replacement to the refurbishment of levels 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 within the EC Stoner building for the School of Mathematics at the University of Leeds.

We worked closely with the architect and main contractor to establish a safe and effective sequence of works for the existing services strip. This ensured that the decant and phasing works created the minimal disruption to the live environment within the building as it was not carried out with full vacant procession.

The interfaces with the existing electrical services and the district steam main meant that CAD21 had to work closely with the Estates team to ensure this was fully coordinated
