Part of a batch of five schools delivered by CAD21, Allestree Woodlands School and South Nottinghamshire Academy comprised two secondary schools delivered simultaneously as part of a Bowmer and Kirkland led design and construct team.  Whilst South Notts was a full new build, Allestree comprised modification to the existing school with the addition of two new teaching blocks extended from the existing main building.

CAD21 provided MEP RIBA stage 4A-7 scope of services and worked closely with the Client’s Consultant to develop and finalise the original concept whilst maintaining cost efficiency for the contract team.
