Part of a batch of five schools delivered by CAD21, Carlyle, Asterdale and Springfield Schools comprised three primary schools delivered simultaneously as part of a Bowmer and Kirkland led design and construct team.  All three schools were new build projects and benefited from a common solution approach that developed standardisation and repeatable solution efficiencies throughout design, construction and into operations.

CAD21 provided MEP RIBA stage 4A-7 scope of services and worked closely with the Client’s Consultant to develop and finalise the original concept whilst maintaining cost efficiency for the contract team.
