Project Overview

Based at Teesside, the partnership between local industry and international, world class partners, Net Zero Teesside is delivering the UK’s first zero-carbon industrial cluster, Teesworks.

The scheme has attracted numerous leading industrial manufacturers of renewable and zero carbon technologies with large scale construction project opportunities.

CAD21 targeted, tendered competitively and won a position to deliver the first major project on the site and is currently part of the team that is designing and constructing the new Wind Turbine Monopile manufacturing plant with an estimated project value of circa £300m.

It is anticipated that the connections and the professional relationships that are being forged through the delivery of this first scheme will hold CAD21 in good stead for more opportunities on the Teesworks site.
