CAD21 was appointed directly by the Client as part of a design team to reconfigure the existing Bulkhaul industrial headquarters, located in Middlesbrough.

The project included the provision of a new office block, main tank facility extension, new Maintenance workshop building, new wash building and tank treatment building.

The works included the full upgrade of the existing incoming and on site utility distribution network to serve the new building locations as well as retain service to the existing facilities.  Works included phased temporary diversions and new site service strategy.
