Project Overview
CAD21 delivered the detailed design for the M&S Archive Building located at the University of Leeds City Centre Campus.
Shell and fit out works on this new flagship facility for M&S that includes:
- Close environmental control requirements to protect the company’s historical materials
- Gas fire suppression system
- Whole facility designed to BS 5454.
