CAD21 worked on the 176 dwelling Audley retirement village on behalf of Balfour Beatty which involved the full refurbishment and restoration of the Grade II listed building on the site, Scarcroft Lodge.

The lodge was built in 1830. Audley purchased the building from Npower in 2018 where it was used as an office. The re-purpose is to convert the building into dwellings, bar, restaurant, spa, swimming pool and gym along with full scale catering and function room

CAD21 delivered a full RIBA stage 4 design for the site, including the listed building which we had to work closely with the Heritage Architect to ensure the services were integrated into the building
