CAD21 delivered the detailed design for Newspaper Storage Building in Boston Spa.

The building houses historical journals from the central British Library. Designed to have air leakage rates at 0.1 to control the amount of oxygen in the space with close control environment to protect the storage of the material. It was also designed with an Oxygen Depleting system as the Fire Fighting system.

The building was fed from Tri-generation plant which included a CHP and an Adsorption Chiller
