Outside of work, you’ll find me…
Richard Crampton
Leads the North West office, and look safter CAD21’s health and safety. A strategic role but remains hands-on, leading a team and designing systems from concept through to detailed delivery. From HVAC for the National Physical Laboratory early in his career to museums, galleries, laboratories and clean rooms here and abroad. Richard specialises in tightly controlled environments, close temperature, humidity, pressure and particulate control. He’s also central to how CAD21 works to the Building Safety Act, shaping the process and delivery.
An avid rugby fan, supporting my son’s team too, out on the bike, and cooking for family and friends.
The kind of problem I like getting stuck into…
Shaping the journey a project takes for a client, working out the right sequence from first design through to delivery so it runs smoothly and lands where it needs to. Getting that path right early is the part I enjoy, because it’s what makes everything downstream easier.
